People who dont know how to use merge lanes, even if the R turn light is red you can still merge into traffic, dumbass, just make sure the lane is clear. You dont have to stop. Do you see that 200 feet of MERGE LANE? Yea, go slow, find an opening and merge into traffic, about a 30 second process. INSTEAD of waiting 4 min for the light to turn green, fucken dumbass.
